Other Consultation Services
If you need more than a quick consulting session, we will work with you and your team to put together a comprehensive plan that meets your goals.

Our approach is based on established best practices in capacity building. What does this mean?

  1. We begin with an organizational assessment of your needs and capacity that informs the work plan of the consultancy.
  2. We engage with your organization over a period of time, and create a work plan with goals and specific measures of success.
  3. We match our team of vetted consultants with the tasks at hand. Our consultants have combined expertise in a variety of areas.
  4. We match the consultant and his/her consulting methods to the learning style of your team.
  5. We strive to utilize peer-to-peer learning whenever appropriate.
  6. We connect your organization with resources in the community, and help you discover your internal resources.
  7. We evaluate the outcomes of the consultancy, your satisfaction and the community impact. Evaluation findings are used for our own quality improvement.

Curbside consulting is free to any nonprofit, thanks to the generous support of the McCune Charitable Foundation, the Town of Silver City, New Mexico, Grant County, New Mexico, and Freeport McMoRan, Inc.
